Excellent service & great hot breakfast choices served to your table with a friendly attitude. The salmon croquettes & smothered potatoes are fire! Each time I've come the food & service is consistent. Plenty of regulars that would agree.
If you want some good ole southern style soul food this is the place. I got fried chicken, smothered potatoes, biscuits, eggs, and grits. Everything was delicious. My friend chicken was tasty and fries to perfection, my biscuits was a cross between cornbread and biscuits, it was different and flavorful. Keep in mind, there will be a wait, but it's really worth it.
Best homemade breakfast on the south side feels just like mommas kitchen baked chicken is great also
